A local motorcyclist has lost his internal struggle to not sound like a total Karen after being asked if he ‘drives a motorcycle’ – a phrase that can send any rider down a spiraling path of bitchy behavior.

“Oh.Mah.Gawd. You don’t DRIVE a motorcycle, you RIDE it,” said Kevin, a possible motorcycle driver. “Do you even know who I am and how much money I’ve spent on motorcycling? All just to have someone like YOU accuse ME of being just another cager. I should sue you.”

This small vocabulary error has proven too much for even the most passive and friendly motorcyclists to let slide.

“I would like to speak to whoever manages that poor excuse of a brain of yours so that I can tell them that this is America and you should learn proper English,” said Kevin. “Oh, I’m not crazy! Your incompetence just RIDES me crazy. See how stupid that sounds?! That’s you. That’s how you sound right now.” 

Despite several apologies, Kevin’s irrational anger at such a minor mixup left him unable to calm down.

“Don’t be sorry, be better,” said Kevin.

“Oh.Mah.Gawd. You don’t DRIVE a motorcycle, you RIDE it. Do you even know who I am and how much money I’ve spent on motorcycling? All just to have someone like YOU accuse ME of being just another cager. I should sue you.”
